Description

GenCares.ai is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help users, caregivers, and brokers navigate Medicare and our support tools. You’ll provide clear answers, resolve issues, and make complex topics easy to understand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and communicating with clarity.

You’ll manage inquiries across email, chat, and phone while keeping records accurate. Professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills are important. This role offers flexibility and opportunities to grow.

What You Will Do

You’ll assist users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through GenCares.ai tools. You will document interactions, update records, and deliver friendly, simple explanations. Supporting onboarding and tech questions is part of daily tasks. Accuracy and empathy are essential.
